Darjeeling envisaged a web-documentary on these huge, poverty stricken towns and asked us to bring his idea to life.

Idea
We decided to emphasise the importance of photographic reports, recorded interviews and videos produced to extend the visitors immersion into a slum.
Code
Produced entirely using Flash, Urban Survivors offers a real immersive experience using full screen visuals, soundscapes from each of the shanty towns and photo reports.
Our work focuses on enhancing the rich content which had been provided to us.
Available in eight languages, the reports can also be embedded on any site thanks to an export functionality in iframe – a responsive design ahead of its time.
